Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • A flat fee of ₹100 applies to both returns and exchanges.
  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference. If the new item is of lesser value, we will provide store credit for the difference.
  • Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please share clear photos via Email or WhatsApp to initiate a return/exchange.
  • Once the item is picked up and reaches us, a quality check (1-3 business days) will be conducted before confirming the return/exchange.
  • Please note: "Damage" does not cover concerns related to product design or style preferences.
  • No return fee applies for damaged products. However, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  • Quality check of the returned item will be completed before proceeding with an exchange.
  • Pickup for exchange orders will be scheduled within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Once we receive your returned item (usually within 6-7 business days), we will process either a store credit or dispatch the exchanged product.

Important Notes:

  • Each item is eligible for return/exchange only once.
  • Garments that have been altered by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

  • Submit your request via our Return & Exchange portal.
  • Provide details along with images if the item is damaged or defective.
  • A return pickup within India will be arranged for a fee of ₹100.
